Weigh-In Friday: Week 5


Man, I was so close! I was hoping to reach my 15 pound loss today! I just missed it by 0.6 lb. That is a crushing blow when you have been doing so well and the scale says something else. At least I have done well so far. I mean 14.4lbs in 5 weeks is amazing! I have to celebrate that. I also need to look at my food and see where I can improve. Weight loss is a constantly changing battle and it is always evolving for the better. Which is better than eating the same thing day after day. Change is a good thing!

Total Loss: 14.4

Here is to reaching 15lbs lost next week!
