Weigh-In Friday: Week 3

Yes, you did read that right. It is weigh in Friday! I changed meetings in order to better fit my schedule. There is also something exciting about having a fresh allotment of weekly points just in time for the weekend. Beer, I am coming for you! I do enjoy an adult beverage every now and again and that is what is so great about Weight Watchers. I can have my beer and drink it too! As long as I track it! Tracking that's what helps keep me accountable and honestly I am not so worried about if I make my points goal or go over a bit. As long as I track everything I eat and drink it is still a win.
